The Tension threads are placed on the cheekbones, cheek and on the famous crow’s feet to lift the tissues that have been overcome by the passage of years. They can also be applied to different areas of the body, for example the arms or buttocks to reaffirm the tissue.
Technique:
Local anesthesia is applied in the area to be tensioned, it is important to have the necessary asepsis, as well as to mark the area to be treated prior to the completion of the treatment. Needles of different sizes are introduced, depending on the type of thread to be used and the effect that is desired. These needles will serve as a guide for the polydioxinone wires, which are placed at the tissue level. When the needles are removed the wires will remain in the treated area, causing a tensor effect and reactivating the natural production of collagen.

Contraindications:
There is no contraindication for the treatment; however it is better not to apply them in pregnant patients or in patients with active infections or neoplasms.
Results:

Advantage:
